Great product, crappy packaging.

The two hair oils I ordered are amazing, but the pump bottle is a nightmare to work with. The pump top falls off with the slightest touch, and every time I’ve to use either of the two oils, I’ve to spend the first 10 minutes aligning the damn top with the whole mechanism to get it to work. After struggling with this for a while, I’ve decided to decant the whole product to a different and more usable bottle, cause the hassle wasn’t worth it. Will this impact my repurchase of the oils? Yes, cause I view my weekly hair oiling as a relaxing process and not a recurring 10 minutes of fighting with plastic pieces coated in slippery oil. PURCHASE WITH CAUTION! (Yes I understand that this may be an isolated experience, I’m just letting y’all know this may be your experience if you get the same quality of packaging too)
