Change the packaging to glass again

I think this rosemary water helped me get baby hairs with every day massage . Ordered it the second time but got dissapointed seeing the plastic packaging. Please bring back the original package . Like you guys have changed castor big bottle to glass , we appreciate glass packaging. Some consolation is there that there is not much plastic in the product that we are using

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. In recent times, breakage during transits have been a big concern. Shipments are not being handled carefully. Since we don’t use bubble wrap or additional protective packaging, glass containers were leading to breakage and leaks, resulting in product loss and handling of damages. For this reason, we had to make a switch to recyclable PET-g packaging. But please be rest assured that the quality remains the same and we are also working on getting back to Glass packaging.

I am writing regarding my order #691402, placed on Jan 8, 2026 Unfortunately, I have neither received the product nor been issued a refund to date, despite multiple follow-ups.
Their advertising promises high-quality service, yet this experience falls far short, with no regard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, I was told that they charge a Rs 200 deduction from the refund amount even though the product was never delivered—this feels like unfair treatment.There courier partner Shadow Fax are goons.
Donot believe their fancy products without ethics and they pretend by showing rules ., Their customer care numbers are dumb and never respond

Cutting a star as it’s packaged in plastic

Please don’t delete my review . I am an old customer and pore irate your products . You’ve switched the hydro Sol bottles to plastic lately .. but that’s why some of us won’t buy it . Please can you switch back to glass

In recent times, breakage during transit has been a major concern, as shipments are not always handled with care. Since we avoid using bubble wrap or extra protective packaging, glass containers were leading to product loss and damage management issues.

To ensure product safety while staying environmentally conscious, we’ve opted for recyclable PET-G packaging for a few of our products. However, we are continuously exploring better and more sustainable options. For products like Face Wash and shampoo's, glass is not safe for use in wash areas, which led us to make the switch as per customer's feedback.
