Many brands make organic claims through self-declaration, with no third-party scrutiny and no verified supply chain. Certification closes that gap. The COSMOS logo on every Juicy Chemistry product means every claim has been independently audited against the world's most stringent organic standard.
That includes every farmer supplying our ingredients. If they are not certified organic, we do not use them. There is no room for error here. No greenwashing. What we say is what you get.

When we launched in 2014, every active came from a certified organic botanical source. That remains true. What has changed is our understanding of what nature is capable of at the cellular level.
Our newest formulas include biotech-derived actives, produced through green chemistry, bacterial fermentation, and plant stem cell technology. Not synthetic chemicals. Precision biology.
COSMOS V3 permits certain biotech actives that meet its criteria for safety, biodegradability, and manufacturing integrity. Every active we use has been reviewed against that standard before it enters a formula.
