Juicy Chemistry has a simple Shipping & Returns Policy for the products purchased from our website or app.
We ship PAN India and worldwide, except for a few locations (due to courier restrictions). You can check the delivery details by entering your pin code or zip code at the checkout page while placing the order.
- We offer FREE shipping on all PAN India orders worth ₹999 or above (value calculated after discounts), which is notified from time to time.
- ₹50 for shipping is chargeable for all PAN India orders below ₹999.
- We also offer Cash-On-Delivery to many locations across India at an additional charge of ₹50. We do not offer COD for international orders. The shipping & COD rates shown at checkout are final.
We ship our products directly from the warehouse based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Orders placed are shipped within 24–48 business hours. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order, and if there is any delay, we will keep you informed via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
We take extensive precautions for the safety of the products and their packaging while dispatching. We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays & public holidays, and work with reputed logistics partners for safe & faster deliveries.
We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited or deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners.
If the order is updated as delivered but you have not received it, please inform our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation; allow 48–72 business hours for us to investigate. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.

Delivery windows vary with courier loads, customs, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain and a variety of other factors. In rare cases, transit may take a little longer.
Generally, deliveries happen across India within 3–7 business days. If there is a delay, reach us at sales@juicychemistry.com or call/WhatsApp +91 99942 22852 (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Deliveries outside India generally take 10–19 business days. International charges depend on the products, total order weight, location and a few more factors. The rates shown at checkout are final.
A note on customs & duties.
Custom charges and handling rates, if applicable, will be shared at the time of delivery by the courier service provider. Please note the following terms and conditions:
- Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
- Juicy Chemistry will not be liable to pay any of the above duty charges under any circumstances. These have to be borne by the customer.
- The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the customs charges upon arrival, the parcel will be held by the logistics partner or destroyed by them. Juicy Chemistry will not be responsible for the same.
If a parcel returns to us
If the parcel comes back to Juicy Chemistry, the brand will deduct complete shipping, return duty charges and any other applicable charges from the customer's order value while processing the refund.*
*Valid only in rare cases if the shipment is returned and received at our warehouse. If the shipment is not returned, Juicy Chemistry won't be able to process the refund.
Cancelling an order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at sales@juicychemistry.com or call/WhatsApp +91 99942 22852 (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) within 24 hours, with the reason for cancellation.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. If you refuse to accept the parcel at delivery and it comes back to us, the brand will deduct shipping (₹100) and return charges (₹100) from the order value while processing the refund.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Our customer care team will help with a solution as soon as possible.

At Juicy Chemistry, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case of missing, damage or quality issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours at sales@juicychemistry.com or call/WhatsApp +91 99942 22852 with images and videos of the package opening, product, invoice, inner & outer packaging and batch number.
If you received a tampered or damaged product, share a picture and video of the damaged side within 24 hours of delivery. Requests later than this will not be accepted.
If you received the wrong products, keep the product and box unopened and in a saleable condition, and write to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns/refunds related to products not being suitable, texture not suitable, damage during usage, colour issues in makeup, allergic reactions or improper usage will not be eligible.
- Juicy Chemistry is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- Exchange (for a wrong product received) is accepted only if products are returned in a saleable condition and original packaging, and checked at our warehouse before a replacement/credit note is issued, only in rare cases.
- Return pickup charges (₹200) and replacement delivery charges (₹100) apply as per actuals, to be paid by the customer.
