A plastic credit is an environmental commodity that represents the collection or recycling of one kilogram of plastic material, which can be transferred between organisations. Plastic credits help mitigate the external environmental plastic waste generated due to packaging, delivery and other operations. 1 Plastic Credit equals 1 Kg of plastic recovered from the environment that would have otherwise ended up in landfills or oceans.
