I am using Juicy checmisty products from 2020, so consider this feedback and work on it.
In the initial years the products are so effective and its visible in the results but now I see there is a decline in the quality of the products and also I notice there is discontinuation of certain good products like frankincense oil.

I really appreciate the new innovation and continuous way to add new products to your catalogue but I see the existing product standards are not how it used to be earlier.

I also had a bad experience with Niacinamide Serum as using it made my skin duller and it took me more that 5 weeks to recover after stopping it.

Kindly work on this and I still believe you can be what you used to be when you started your journey.

The serum is good, but the use of sodium hydroxide in most of your serums is toxic and unnecessary. Your earlier formulations never used such unnatural and harsh ingredients which is why they were far better in quality than the ones you’re making now.

Very disappointed in your deteriorating product quality.
