My 1.5+ Year Hair Transformation with Juicy Chemistry 💗

Two years ago, I went through sudden telogen effluvium and experienced extreme hair shedding in bunches. I developed bald spots, and my hair became very thin, extremely dry, frizzy, tangled, and unmanageable. Even lightly touching it caused strands to fall. My confidence was very low during that phase, and I only have a few pictures from that time, which I’m sharing along with my after photos.

Supplements didn’t help much. The shedding became so severe that I cut my long hair short, but the hair fall still didn’t stop. I realized my routine was the issue — no oiling, chemical-heavy shampoos, no consistency, and hard water damage.

After researching, I learned about pumpkin seed oil (natural DHT support) and the benefits of rosemary and black seed oil. I started using Juicy Chemistry consistently:

- Pumpkin Seed Oil
- Black Seed Oil
- A few drops of rosemary essential oil
- Sulphate-free shampoo
- Leave-in conditioner
- Argan Oil or Sweet Almond Oil as a serum

I noticed improvements after 2–3 months. Now, after 1.5+ years, my hair is long, thicker, soft, silky, healthy, and manageable. The extreme shedding is under control, and the dryness and frizz have reduced drastically.
