Why does black seed oil smell strong?

The odour comes from naturally occurring compounds in Nigella sativa. It indicates the oil is unrefined and active.

Does it need to be diluted?

Yes. For face use, dilute to 1–2%. For scalp use, 2–5% is typical.

How is this different from Neem Oil?

Both are potent oils, but differ in composition. Black seed is centred around thymoquinone, while neem contains nimbidin and related compounds.

Can I use this on acne-prone skin?

Yes, in diluted, targeted use. Patch testing is recommended.
