I am writing to inform you of an unfortunate incident regarding my recent order of lip balm stack (Order ID: 562479 )
Upon receiving the package earlier today, I was dismayed to discover that the lip balm stack was damaged, with glass shards scattered inside the packaging. This poses a safety hazard and renders the product unusable.
I have attached several images showcasing the extent of the damage for your reference. As a loyal customer, I trust that you will take prompt action to rectify this matter. I kindly request a replacement for the damaged item or a full refund.
Please advise on the next steps to proceed with resolving this issue at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

This is the first time we have received complaint about such incident and we shall certainly share a strong feedback to our courier partner to handle the shipment with care , as mentioned earlier the only possibility is that this might have happened while in transit
We have informed our team to send the order as an replacement at the earliest and to share tracking details once received
Also sincerely apologise for this incident that thas happened that the entire products got damaged in transit and want to assure you that this may be considered a very rare case scenario considering enough paper packaging is added in the shipment , Further we will ensure that such incident do not happen again and we might be also looking o change courier partners if required

I have purchased several products from you, while visiting Coimbatore, and also online.
The products I absolutely loved are:
1. Your Lip Balms (they’re amazing)
2. Anti dandruff hair mask
3. Some of the soaps
The products I didn’t like at all were the two candles I bought from the race course road (Coimbatore) store. Their wicks got messed up, pretty soon after starting to burn them. Then they couldn’t be burnt at all and I had to throw them, without even using half of each candle.
I do love most of your body/face care products that I have tried so far. And do hope to keep ordering from you, in the future also 🙏❤️
Really yum-- chocolate peppermint almost seems to plump lips, and rose is delicious. Blood orange is a nice mix of indulgent and fresh, though I wish it were a little less bitter. For the price, I think it is well worth the money, because when I bought it it was 550-something-- a discount was going on.
got the lipstack in perfectly good condition, just didn't get applicator with it. So far have tried the peppermint and chocolate one, and it is super tingly on the lips, with a cooling sensation. moisturizes well too.
