I have used almost all of Juicy Chemistry's eye care serums and creams🥺🫶🩷✨ My very first purchase was the Prickly Pear, Chia & Tamanu eye roll-on, which worked wonders for my dark circles. The ingredients were truly iconic nd I was so sad when it was discontinued. Next, I shifted to the Damask Rose & Coffee eye cream. Its heavenly aroma was pure bliss, and it worked beautifully for my puffy eyes. Later, I switched to the Naturally Activated Revitalising under-eye serum, which was unfortunately discontinued as well. Thankfully, they then introduced their latest gem: the 3% Caffeine + Peptides eye serum. It is absolutely wonderful and gives such a lovely, cooling effect.

Just shut your eyes and depend on J C products- from the eye serum, to the soaps and the body butters- It's a win- win for the users!
The serum is good, but the use of sodium hydroxide in most of your serums is toxic and unnecessary. Your earlier formulations never used such unnatural and harsh ingredients which is why they were far better in quality than the ones you’re making now.

Sodium Hydroxide is not included as an active ingredient in the formulation. It is used in very small quantities as a pH adjuster to ensure that the final product remains stable, safe, and effective for use on the skin. It is a commonly used ingredient in skincare formulations for this purpose and is present only at the level required to achieve the desired pH. While some of our formulations have evolved over time, this is often done to improve product performance, stability, preservation, or to incorporate newer ingredients backed by research. as the heading goes the roller is not smooth and u literally have to press it on ur undereye sensitive area to get the product out . it also feels sticky and continues to sit separately on the face after application. not happy with this product.

Revitalising Under Eye Serum
I quite like this serum. It feels very light weight but moisturising at the same time and the best thing is it doesn't sting my eyes.
My experience with JC eye products has been good. But I think It would be great if you could come up with a quicker and more effective,easy-to-use solution like Under Eye Masks given many of us are subject to prolonged screen time,irregular sleep cycles, and such.

I liked everything except the sunscreen. I bought this one in Particular because I have a dry skin . But I felt it very heavy on my skin and makes my skin look very oily
