Care & Patch Test

 This White Tea and Sandalwood (Chandan) makeup cleanser is recommended for ALL skin types.

PATCH TEST is advisable before adding a new product to your routine. Apply the product on your inner elbow/jawline and observe for the next 24 hours. If there’s no reaction, you can apply the product to your face. If the skin is sensitive, continue the test for 7 days. This helps ensure you are not allergic to any ingredient. If irritation occurs, please discontinue the product and consult a dermatologist.

Juicy Chemistry products are safe for use during pregnancy and nursing. However, if you are pregnant or nursing, it’s always recommended to check with your medical practitioner before introducing new products to your routine.

If you have switched to an all-natural/organic product for the first time, your skin may go under a detox before you start observing results. This detox period is commonly referred to as Skin Purge which results in a temporary acne flare-up.

The skin purge period varies from individual to individual and can last up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Should you continue using the product if your skin purges?

Yes, you can continue to use the product if it's skin purge and not an allergic reaction. Eventually, you'll notice the skin starts clearing out between the 4th to 6th week.

We would recommend consulting a dermatologist to check if it’s a skin purge or a reaction.

Additional Notes

- Our organic makeup cleanser with White Tea and Sandalwood (Chandan) is preservative free. It is advisable to store it away from moisture or any kind of water contamination.

- Pump out the cleanser only on dry and clean palms/mitt. Secure the cap tightly after each use.

- Use the cleanser within 6 months from opening.

- Texture changes in 100% organic products happen naturally under fluctuating temperatures, and do not in any way affect the product's performance or shelf life.

- The organic butters in the product may solidify in low temperatures. Place the bottle in a bowl of warm water to regain its normal consistency prior to use.

 

We all are unique and so is our skin. It is possible that an ingredient may not suit everyone alike and one may develop an allergic reaction in certain cases. We recommend discontinuing the product in case of any signs of discomfort your body may indicate after using the same product. Do reach out to us for further assistance.

Super Product!

I have been using this product for ages & can confidently say that as long as Juicy Chemistry continues to manufacture it, I'm never going to need to look for another makeup cleanser. I hv sensitive skin & this has been a Godsend.

Recommended it to so many people too & no one has been disappointed.

I do have one suggestion though - please consider changing the bottle to a small jar. Even at the height of summer, the balm doesn't fully melt which makes the pump useless. I'm probably on my tenth bottle now & I've learnt to melt down the balm in a double boiler & pour it into a small glass jar for easy use.
