Before introducing a new product into your routine, we recommend performing a patch test. Apply a small amount to the back of your neck, hairline or behind the ear and observe for 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, the product can be safely used on the face. For sensitive skin, continue testing for up to 7 days to ensure complete compatibility. If any redness, itching, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Perform a strand test on a small section of your hair if you're trying this organic hair colour for the first time. It helps in determining the final result of the colour as it may differ from person to person depending on the health of your hair.

Please note that if your hair have been chemically treated or dyed previously, it may take up to 3-4 or more uses to achieve the desired colour. Be patient, you'll get there.

The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. For best results, use within 3 months after opening.

Should you continue using the product if your skin purges?

Yes, you can continue to use the product if it's skin purge and not an allergic reaction. Eventually, you'll notice the skin starts clearing out between the 4th to 6th week. If the skin doesn't get cleared, we would recommend consulting a dermatologist to check if it’s a skin purge or an allergic reaction.

The hair should be properly washed and dried before putting the hair colour.

First-time users should start with a color of a lighter shade like light brown or Nutbrown and then slowly graduate to dark brown and then black. We never advise any first-time user to straight away use a black color.

Since every person's hair is unique, the color also reacts differently to different people's hair. It is not a chemical containing bleaches or ppd and ammonia, that just strips away the outer layer of the cuticle and coats it with the dye, no matter what the quality of the hair. High moisture content in air during monsoon is also a factor that reduces the pigment release from the natural powders.
