How do I use it?

Step 1:

Twist to unlock (refer to the arrow marked). take a generous amount of the body lotion on your clean palms.

Step 2:

Gently massage into shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet until absorbed. Use it 30 minutes before bedtime. If you have a troubled sleep, apply it 1 hour before bedtime.

Step 3:

Twist to lock the pump and tightly close the cap.
