How to use Bhringraj Oil?
Here is how you can incorporate Bhringraj Oil into your hair care routine -
For scalp health and hair growth
Take some bhringraj oil and gently massage it into the scalp using your fingertips for 8 to 10 minutes. Use gentle circular strokes and make sure to focus on the entire scalp.
This helps stimulate the scalp and leads to better penetration of the oil. Leave it on for 30 to 60 mins or overnight. You may also wrap a hot towel around the oiled hair for better absorption of the oil.
Use it once or twice a week to help reduce hair fall and boost growth over time.
To deep condition the scalp and strands
Bhringraj powder can act as a deep conditioning agent for the hair. Mix bhringraj powder with rose water (for oily scalp), or a carrier oil like coconut, olive or argan (for dry scalp) to make a hair mask.
Apply the resulting paste from the roots to tips. Keep it for 30 mins and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. This DIY Bhringraj hair mask nourishes the scalp and adds natural shine to the hair.
